The greatest decrease in mean glucose measured by continuous glucose monitoring from baseline to 32 weeks was in the combination therapy group, with a mean drop of 3.6 mmol/L. Comparatively, the drop was 2.4 mmol/L with semaglutide and 1.3 mmol/L with cagrilintide. Furthermore, time in the target glucose range (3.9-10.0 mmol/L) improved significantly from 45.9% at baseline to 88.9% at week 32 with the combination therapy. This was compared to 76.2% with semaglutide and 71.7% with cagrilintide.
